Terms of Service

Welcome to American Tree Memphis. By accessing our website and scheduling our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

1. Estimates & Services

Estimates: We provide free estimates based on a visual inspection of your property. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise noted.

Scope of Work: American Tree Memphis will perform only the work specified in the written estimate. Any additional work requested by the client on-site may require a change order and additional fees.

2. Property Access & Safety

The client agrees to provide clear access to the work area. It is the client's responsibility to:

• Keep children and pets inside during active work hours.
• Remove personal property (furniture, vehicles) from the immediate drop zone.
• Inform our arborists of any underground utilities (sprinklers, invisible fences) not marked by public utility services.

3. Liability & Insurance

American Tree Memphis is fully insured for liability and workers' compensation. We take all necessary precautions to protect your property. However, we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that were not properly marked or disclosed prior to the commencement of work.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Failure to pay within the agreed timeframe may result in late fees.

5. Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a service. Emergency services are subject to specific cancellation terms provided at the time of booking.
